Disneyland Resort is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on applying analytical methods to improve capacity, workload planning, and efficiency across park operations.

This internship is a full-time commitment in the Anaheim, CA area from May 2027 - August 2027.

What You Will Do

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after December 2027
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please note: no rounding) - transcript submission is required

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Fully available Monday - Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
• Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work and across Disneyland property for on-site projects
• Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at work

Compensation
