Job summary

Navico Group, a Brunswick Corporation subsidiary, seeks an Electrical Engineering Intern in Menomonee Falls, WI. This full-time summer internship supports new product development and sustaining efforts, including testing in a lab, PCBA prototype work, and documentation.

You will work in a hands-on team, test PCBA designs, build fixtures, and contribute to field tests. Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with lab experience and PCB design skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Adaptable to a competitive environment with changing directives.
• Lab environment experience (soldering, PCBA fabrication) is a plus.
• OrCAD or Altium PCBA design experience through coursework or internships.
• Able to work independently and in a team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute product validation testing with detailed test reports.
• Build PCBA prototypes from engineering drawings and test fixtures.
• Troubleshoot PCBA failures under guidance from engineers.
• Support documentation and production efforts for Power Solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects during the internship.
