Job summary

Fluidstack in the United States is seeking a logistics-focused engineer to design and optimize warehouse operations across multiple sites. You will create end-to-end workflows, run time and motion studies, and model layouts to maximize throughput while controlling real estate costs.

You’ll collaborate with WMS and IMS teams to ensure software supports physical processes, document standard work, and help ramp new sites quickly while delivering a competitive total compensation package including

Qualifications

• Experience designing or redesigning warehouse layouts with measurable throughput or cost improvements.
• Experience conducting time and motion studies and turning them into standard work.
• Ability to model dock, rack, or staging capacity using real data.

Responsibilities

• Design pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows to optimize layout and dock-to-floor time.
• Run time and motion studies and set standard work for sites.
• Model layouts balancing throughput and real estate costs.
• Create process docs and standard work to ramp new sites quickly.
• Collaborate with WMS and IMS teams to align tooling with workflow.
