Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production line, drive quality, schedule adherence and productivity. You will coordinate daily activities, guide operators and ensure safety and compliance with procedures.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot NPI and NB builds, perform line changeovers and support engineering launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production line activities to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot NPI and NB builds with 10%+ changes before production line release.
• Perform changeovers on equipment on assigned lines and ensure smooth operation.
• Support NPI/NB Engineers with builds and launches actions.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor to manage the line and drive operator efficiency.
• Identify real-time quality issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Ensure CIQ system is properly implemented on the line.
• Act as a communication link between operators and management.
