Qualifications

• Supports optimization of value stream by eliminating waste and improving flow.
• Participates in Kaizen events and Green Belt level projects.
• Uses cost analysis and ROI calculations for project selections.

Responsibilities

• Supports optimization of the Value Stream by elimination of waste and making flow improvements across or within manufacturing.
• Participate in Kaizen Events, APS and Green Belt level projects within and across operations to optimize performance.
• Support value stream continuous improvement suggestion system through leading projects to completion, collaborating with operation associates and problem solving.
• Support establishment of process standards in operations areas (6S, tool and hardware management, visual factory, material flow and storage)
