Responsibilities

• Reach into legacy Networking modules and leave them cleaner than you found them.
• Lead the AWS migration that finally retires InnovateNow's legacy stack
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within InnovateNow
• Scale InnovateNow's Kubernetes services from Detroit pilot to MI-wide rollout
• Write the Python integration tests that catch regressions before Detroit, MI ships them
