Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering focused on production systems & automation.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with robotics, PLCs, HMIs, and control architectures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with simulation tools for system design.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a specialization in production systems and automation. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems. Strong knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, HMI development, and control systems. Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and their automation potential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with simulation software for system design and validation is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. This is a remote role, allowing you to contribute expertise from anywhere.
