INA Solution seeks an Industrial Engineer in Terre Haute, Indiana to improve manufacturing processes, manage projects, and support equipment upgrades and capital investments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling as needed. This role focuses on operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering projects, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on equipment installation and testing.
• Develop technical procedures, maintenance documentation, and equipment improvement plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and SQF quality standards.
