Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and make business recommendations
• Understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial performance metrics
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and other business software

• Develop, track, and communicate operational and financial performance metrics.

• Support operational and capital budgeting processes.

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze business challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Evaluate capital and expense projects and determine financial impact.
• Partner with teams across the organization to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
