Job summary

Endress+Hauser Group in Anaheim seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer – pH and Glass Production to drive transfer of manufacturing from Germany and improve processes across global facilities. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to implement new production methods and ensure smooth technology transfers.

In this role you will optimize glass-related processes, coordinate SAP ERP and MES activities, and mentor staff while collaborating with international colleagues to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing and project leadership.
• Hands-on experience in glass product manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of pH and electrochemistry is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects and communicate across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects for pH sensor and glass production, including transfers to the Anaheim facility.
• Lead process implementation and improvements for glass cracking, blowing, and assembly operations.
• Own yield improvement actions based on SPC data analysis.
• Coordinate SAP ERP and MES data during product transfers and new product introductions.
• Evaluate equipment proposals and design efficient production layouts.
• Develop, document, and revise production processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Design workstations, fixtures, and tools using CAD to boost efficiency and safety.
• Train production staff on new and revised processes and ensure quality compliance.
• Interface with global teams to align on production needs and best practices.
