• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, material flow, and labor productivity.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineer to join their operations team, focusing on operational analysis and efficiency improvements. This role, based in East London, Eastern Cape , will involve evaluating existing processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall workflow. You will work closely with production and management teams to drive data-informed decision-making. This position operates on a fully remote basis, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa while contributing to the operational excellence of teams in East London .

Key Responsibilities
