Job summary

Stratasys is seeking an Industrial Engineer-Material Flow to design, analyze, and optimize the movement of raw materials from receiving and warehouse locations to production lines. You will develop replenishment strategies and standardize material handling to improve safety, ergonomics, and efficiency.

You will partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate material flow and consistent inventory control, while supporting new product introductions and production changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in material movement, warehouse operations, replenishment, or production in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize the physical flow of raw materials from receiving and warehouse locations to production lines.
• Develop and maintain replenishment strategies (kanban, min/max, supermarkets, line-side stocking, milk runs).
• Define material presentation standards at point-of-use to improve safety, ergonomics, and line efficiency.
• Analyze inventory buffers and replenishment frequencies based on demand and takt times.
• Identify and eliminate material-related constraints, shortages, and line stoppages.
