  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to refine production methods and address challenges.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and equipment to support efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.
  • Identify and implement lean principles, flow balance and theories of constraints.
  • Establish increasingly accurate data‑driven models of future production scenarios used for strategic and capital planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles, preferably in aerospace or electric vehicle industries.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques.

  • Experience with computer‑aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.
Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert).
