DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive operational performance across various sites. You will own projects for customers and utilize continuous improvement methods to enhance layout, processes, and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes independent work, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable results that impact profitability. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, required.
• 0-4 years of experience in distribution or logistics, required.
• Experience with distribution, logistics, project management, preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required.
• Some knowledge of Industrial Engineering, preferred.
• Basic concept of a warehouse operation (inbound, put away, pick, pack, ship).
• Capable of using AutoCAD and making layout changes.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to manage deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve results.
• Provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation to achieve peak performance.
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects for the customer.
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
• Participate in management circles.
• Deliver results.
