Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative solutions to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.
• Conduct assessments of manufacturing capabilities and calculate production capacities.
• Drive labor productivity enhancements using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Manage cross-functional projects for process improvements.
