Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to work onsite at the NCSC Whitsett site 40 hours a week and support the assigned first‑ or second‑shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of production layouts, process flow, and material flow.
• Assist with headcount, capacity, labor utilization, and manufacturing data analysis.
