Responsibilities

• Support factory layout design across manufacturing lines, warehouse/storage areas, material flow, people flow, and spaces.
• Develop long-term site master plans for phased capacity expansion.
• Define and implement layout governance, standards, and processes.
• Create and maintain block layouts and 2D/3D layouts aligned with POR.
• Design and optimize end-to-end material flow and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Own site layout including building placement and docks, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align layout requirements.
• Analyze data to optimize space, flow, labor, and cost.
• Integrate PFEP into layout decisions.
• Define layout performance metrics and monitor bottlenecks.
• Support capacity planning and simulations.
