Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. is seeking an Industrial Engineer 1 in Gainesville, GA. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, implement Lean Six Sigma projects, and develop real-time dashboards across global facilities.

The successful candidate will perform time studies, design tooling, and work with Production Control, Inventory and IT to streamline operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering and 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering required.
• 1 year of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with PROE/Creo or similar CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate tools with Production Control, Accounting, Inventory, Quality, IT and New Product Engineering.
• Perform time studies and design tooling.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to improve quality, efficiency and safety of global facilities.
• Oversee development of global production status dashboards and coordinate MRP, MES and SCADA systems for real-time labor analysis.
• Develop best practices using Lean Six Sigma to layout production lines from material receipt to shipment.
• Assist bottleneck reduction by lead time studies and action prioritization.
