Job summary

CRB is seeking an energetic Industrial Engineer to join our Consulting Services team in Raleigh. You will work closely with senior industrial engineering staff to manage multiple projects, perform simulations, data analytics and production planning, and contribute to client-focused solutions.

Requirements include a BS in Industrial Engineering, 0–2 years of experience, programming familiarity, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt is preferred. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience required
• Experience with Excel-based macros and simulation tools (Discrete Event and Process Simulation)
• Coding experience or familiarity with a formal programming language is required
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma; Green Belt certification is preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client development and project execution (mostly domestic)
• Experienced data modeler with knowledge of SAS, SPSS or similar tools is preferred

CRB is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, pro-active, organized, and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our Consulting Services team. The successful candidate must possess the skills required to successfully handle multiple simultaneous complex tasks, execute project tasks, have a strong work ethic and drive to deliver for customers, and be a collaborative team player. This person will work closely with senior-level industrial engineering staff to meet client needs. This person will be expected to execute work on one or more projects simultaneously as delegated by the Project Leads.

• 0-2 years of experience required
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial process projects is preferred
• Experience with Excel-based macros and simulation tools (experience or familiarity with Discrete Event and Process Simulation required software)
• Coding experience or familiarity with a formal programming language is required
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma; Green Belt certification is preferred
• Ability to think analytically and outside the box
• Excellent communication, and computer skills are required
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required for client development and project execution (mostly domestic travel)
• Experienced data modeler with knowledge of SAS, SPSS or similar tools is preferred
