Mercor is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a short-term contract to evaluate AI-driven production plans and quality analyses. This remote role requires 20+ hours per week across a 4–6 week engagement.

You will review production sequencing, cost analysis, and logistics coordination, providing expert feedback to improve AI model performance. Strong written English and prior experience in production systems are essential.

Position: Industrial Engineers Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Duration: 4–6 weeks Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Operations Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience with integrated production systems, including quality control, inventory control, logistics, cost analysis, or production coordination.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Task-based payment upon first task approval. Hourly payment for the remainder of the project after the first task is completed within the required timeline.
