Responsibilities include inventories, lifecycle costing, predictive maintenance concepts, and generating reports for government decision makers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering with 3 years’ experience in designing, analyzing, and optimizing facility and infrastructure equipment operations.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with at least 1 year in facility and equipment condition assessments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to express ideas at all levels in a diverse organization.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.

Aufgaben

• Leads team in performing facility and infrastructure inventories and assessments.
• Develops knowledge of Sustainment Management Systems used to track equipment conditions.
• Ensures SMS data supports Maintenance Master Plan with equipment assessment data.
• Provides equipment and lifecycle costing data for out-year maintenance and repairs.
• Analyzes maintenance responses to inform sustainment and repair actions.
• Participates in inspections for construction projects nearing completion.
• Prepares technical reports and supports planning for facility projects.
