Zusammenfassung

Kyyba is hiring an Industrial Engineer to drive battery manufacturing operations, capital projects, production readiness, and continuous improvement. You will design layouts, balance lines, and model capacity while coordinating cross‑functional projects on the plant floor.

The role demands 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong data skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python), and experience with standardized work and Kaizen methodologies. On‑site opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering supporting high‑volume, automated production.
• IE toolkit: capacity planning, time studies, line balancing, and facility layouts.
• Proven track record authoring complex engineering standards, procedures, manuals, or playbooks.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to build transparent analytical models and translate data into clear executive summaries.

About the Role

Client’s Battery Manufacturing Engineering Department is hiring an Industrial Engineer to drive battery manufacturing operations, capital projects, production readiness, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• System Design: Analyze production requirements, optimize material/staffing flow, and design equipment layouts.

What You Bring (Must Haves)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering supporting high-volume, automated production.
• IE Toolkit: Hands-on experience with capacity planning, time studies, line balancing, and facility layouts.
• Technical Writing: Proven track record authoring complex engineering standards, procedures, manuals, or playbooks.
• Data & Tools: Advanced Excel skills; ability to build transparent analytical models and translate data into clear executive summaries.
• Ownership: Strong cross-functional project coordination and comfortable working on the active manufacturing plant floor.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred)

• Automotive, battery cell/pack, clean room, or dry room manufacturing experience.
• Experience with greenfield startups, equipment commissioning, or production launches.
• Tech skills: Power BI, SQL, Python, Minitab, Tableau, or discrete-event simulation (FlexSim/AnyLogic).
• Expertise Standardized work, Kaizen, PDCA, A3, TBP.
