SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a Corporate Industrial Engineer in Lyman, SC to observe assembly processes and develop recommendations to improve safety, efficiency, and quality across US facilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and collaborate with Wiepro resources in Germany to adopt best practices. Bachelor's degree in engineering and US work authorization are required. This full-time role includes a broad benefits package and shift-premium options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Ability to design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and evaluate assembly-related processes in SEW facilities.
• Institute policies for global product/process uniformity.
• Coordinate with Wiepro management in Germany to adopt best practices.
• Plan for new facility designs and major additions.
• Visit facilities to monitor progress and make recommendations.
