We look forward to hearing from you!**Position Summary:**Using engineering knowledge, works with significant oversight by management and/or more senior engineers to link cross functional groups to solve complex problems. **\*\*NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE\*\*****Position Responsibilities:*** Integrate tools with Production Control, Accounting, Inventory, Quality, Information Technologies and New Product Engineering.* Perform time studies and design tooling.* Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to improve the quality, efficiency and safety of our Global Manufacturing facilities.* Oversee development of global production status dashboards. This will include coordinating MRP, MES and SCADA systems to provide real time labor analysis, takt time, quality and job fulfilment detail for use by cross functional operation teams. Coordinate programing of the dashboard with Information Technologies; develop feedback with Manufacturing Engineering and train end user’s application and use.* Develop best practices utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools laying out production lines from material receipt to shipment.* Assist Manufacturing Engineering in bottleneck reduction by conducting lead time studies, prioritize actions and participate in the solution.
