Job summary

Indo-MIM Limited in San Antonio, TX seeks an Industrial Engineer to support equipment and facilities projects and to develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation.

You will conduct cycle time studies and value stream mapping, applying Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing is required; practical experience with standard work and line balancing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with cycle time studies and value stream mapping to drive continuous improvement.

Industrial Engineer required San Antonio, TX

Provide engineering support to project managers for equipment and facilities projects.Create and maintain required manufacturing process documentation, including process flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis and line balancing. Maintain Project time lines and deliverables to support internal and external customers.Understand and conduct cycle time studies for all processes and/or machine development. Understand and conduct Value Stream Mapping for various processes. Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma and root cause analysis to formulate/support corrective actions and continuous improvement activities. Develop and design robust manufacturing concepts to simplify/improve manufacturing processes to ensure best-practice to achieve or exceed quality and customer expectations. Requirements- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing required.
