Position Overview:

• Operation Size: 80+ Employees, 3 shifts
• Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
• Industry: Chemical processing with electroplating and anodizing operations

Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality and product development.
• Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Direct customer engagement to support quality and business development goals.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Participate in regular senior management meetings.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering, Business, Ops Management
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership.
