• Must have 7+ years experience in Industrial Engineering worked in automotive industry
• Must have 3+ years experience with Power BI skills
• Must have Automotive domain experience
• Candidate should also have good project management skills
• Experience in Time Study, Line balancing, VA / NVA analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Layout Planning (AutoCAD)
• Good to have MODAPTS experience and experience in Continuous improvement projects
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Utilize Power BI to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
• Implement Lean principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
• Develop and implement SOPs
• Design and improve manufacturing systems and processes for efficiency
• Conduct time studies and work measurements for labor and process improvements
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs
• Use data to drive decision-making and process improvements
• Lead projects focused on process optimization
• Coordinate with departments to meet project goals on time and within budget
• Track project progress and report milestones
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor and report the financial impact of changes
