Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support the startup of a new production line in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will conduct time studies, develop labor standards, and create work instructions to enable efficient manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with production teams during line startup, collect and analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement while documenting standard work for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience conducting time studies and creating work instructions in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Experience supporting production line launches is preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
