Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking an Industrial Engineer with 2–5+ years to optimize production and distribution processes using value stream mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, design layouts with CAD, develop capacity plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve throughput, safety, and efficiency. Experience with ERP/MRP and statistical tools is required; FE/PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong command of statistical analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, SPSS).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production simulation software.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred; FE or PE license is a plus.
