Job summary

AMAX in Fremont, California, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize processes ensuring product functionality and cost efficiency. You will analyze production lines, drive continuous improvement, and implement equipment, fixtures, and automation to enhance throughput.

Responsibilities include designing layouts, estimating standard processing times for planning and cost estimation, and ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics devices manufacturing environment preferred.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred
• Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitations
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced dynamic environment; communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
• An ability to think logically and critically that helps to weigh various available options and take the best decision in favor of efficient production.
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customers and our company succeed
• Server and/or Rack products experience preferred
• NPI and sustaining production environment experience preferred
