Job summary

AMAX in Fremont, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency.

You will analyze operations, drive continuous improvement, and design layouts while selecting equipment and automation to boost efficiency across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and communicate clearly.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred
• Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitations
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced dynamic environment; communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
• An ability to think logically and critically that helps to weigh various available options and take the best decision in favor of efficient production.
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customers and our company succeed
• Server and/or Rack products experience preferred
• NPI and sustaining production environment experience preferred
