Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Asheville, NC seeks an Industrial Engineer to provide technical support within the Production Engineering Group, focusing on manufacturing, design, development and testing.

Key duties include owning production process definitions, conducting time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and supporting aerospace hardware assembly. Minimum B.S. in Industrial Engineering with 3+ years experience; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and MS Office; SAP/TeamCenter a plus.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, industrial engineering, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and TeamCenter is a plus.
• Experience with Six Sigma and MOST preferred.
