Shaw Industries in Georgia is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities. You will analyze performance, support budgeting and costing activities, and lead projects that directly impact the business on the shop floor.

You will partner with plant leaders, identify waste-reduction opportunities, conduct time studies, and apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to complete Green Belt/Black Belt training.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering, Financial Systems, Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support financial systems, budgeting, product costing, and operational reporting.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower costs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering principles.
