Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled structural designer to plan and design the structural systems behind critical energy infrastructure. You will work on large industrial projects from concept through construction in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 3+ years in structural drafting/design, proficiency in AutoCAD (and 3D tools as listed) and the ability to interpret calculations to produce detailed construction documents for industrial facilities.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of structural drafting or structural design experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Experience preparing structural steel and reinforced concrete drawings.
Ability to interpret engineering calculations and produce detailed construction documents.
Experience with industrial, energy, manufacturing, refinery, terminal, pipeline, or heavy industrial projects preferred.
Familiarity with Autodesk Advance Steel, Revit Structure, Navisworks, or similar 3D modeling software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
