Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to modify, maintain and install PLC programs, troubleshoot electrical systems and support plant operations.

The role requires 3+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing, proficiency with Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Rockwell systems, and the ability to pass Ramsay ElectTest. Excellent mechanical aptitude and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs and VFDs.
• Proficient with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell systems.
• 3+ years electrical experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to pass Ramsay ElectTest at 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Modify, maintain and install PLC programs; troubleshoot and document changes.
• Install/change layout of machines and equipment per plant plans.
• Perform dismantling, moving, and repair of conveyors, hoists and related equipment.
• Use measuring devices for foundations and proper machine positioning.
• Plan and perform work requiring knowledge of electrical theory, wiring and equipment.
