Job summary

The role includes planning, teaching, advising, and student placement activities, with a required flexible schedule for day, night, weekend courses, and noncredit training.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electronics or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of documented full-time experience as a technician in the electrical, industrial electronics or industrial maintenance field.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach 30-35 contact hours or 15-16 credit hours per semester.
• Prepare, update, revise and maintain current course syllabus.
• Coordinate apprenticeships, internships, and Co-op with Industry.
• Maintain lab equipment and supplies and manage program budget.
• Recruit students into the program and advise them through completion.
• Serve on committees as appointed and work with the ADA coordinator.
