Qualifications

• Two or more years of industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial controls.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automated equipment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and meters for diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Test circuits with multimeters and diagnostic instruments.
• Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, valves, wiring, and switches.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs when qualified.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks and document repairs.
