Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and plant systems. This role covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, including startups and upgrades.

It may operate on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to support production. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, proficiency with motors, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems, and the ability to read schematics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience with motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, pumps and hydraulics.
Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder logic and mechanical drawings.
Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits and other control systems.
Read schematics and diagrams and assist with installations and upgrades.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
Assist operations and team members with troubleshooting and repairs.
