Job summary

A leading utility service provider is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician in West Virginia. The ideal candidate must have completed relevant electrician training, possess an OSHA 10 Card, and have at least two years of industrial electrician experience. Responsibilities include installing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical systems and conducting tests for safety compliance. Candidate should be self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions. This position requires a valid Class A CDL and will involve travel to worksites.

Qualifications

• Must have completed electrician training and OSHA 10 Card.
• Minimum two years of industrial electrician experience.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical hardware.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
• Correctly identify wire colors and splice wires.

Skills

Lifting in excess of 50 lbs

Climb steel towers

Install, modify, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

Read and understand conduit drawings and schematics

Outstanding communication skills

Education

Electrician training (NFPA 70E, NEC, Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash)

OSHA 10 Card (or equivalent)

Wood Pole Climbing Certificate
