Job summary

GardenCore is seeking an Industrial Electrician Technician to ensure proper electrical functioning of plant equipment and machinery, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.

The role is full-time in the production environment with responsibilities including maintaining equipment, installing wiring for new machines, reading wiring diagrams and PLCs, diagnosing issues, and calibrating equipment per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical degree with apprenticeship or equivalent in training, experience, and education.
• Minimum 5 years industrial experience in electrical support functions.
• Must have been employed as an electrician or electrician apprentice within the past 18 months.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements related to electrical operations and components.
• Working knowledge of three‑phase wiring, motors, programmable controls, circuits, and NEC & NFPA rules.
• Ability to identify and order required parts from approved vendors.
