Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an Electrician for our on-site team at the Constantine, Michigan location. The role involves maintaining electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and HVAC systems for production and facilities, with a focus on safety and uptime.

Candidate must hold a Journeyman Electrical License, interpret the NEC, and be willing to drive a company vehicle. Strong computer skills and the ability to work in varied conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrical License.
• Ability to interpret the NEC Electrical Code.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn internal apps.
• Willing to work outdoors/indoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC equipment for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections per guidelines.
• Support electrical safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA, PSM, and Corteva safety policies.
• Recommend improvements to electrical systems and add new devices or hardware.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, including overtime, weekends, and holidays during peaks.
