Job summary

HSP US is seeking an Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot and install electrical systems at our North Carolina manufacturing facility. You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

The role requires a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, 5+ years of industrial experience, and strong knowledge of 3-phase power and automation. We offer competitive pay, health coverage, and diversity-friendly PTO.

Qualifications

• As an Electrician, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) and ensure safety compliance.
• Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
• Maintain logs and documentation for reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment including winding machines, curing ovens, testing equipment, and casting machinery.
• Troubleshoot control systems, PLCs, drives, motors, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure NEC/OSHA/NFPA 70E safety compliance and proper LOTO procedures.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan work; interpret manuals for equipment.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, and distribution up to 480V; MV/HV experience preferred.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability programs.
• Collaborate with engineering during build-out and commissioning; maintain maintenance logs.
• Train junior technicians as the team grows; contribute to continuous improvement.
