Job summary

Pavestone Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain and repair complex electrical systems in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot motor controls, PLCs, and VFDs up to 480V, perform preventative maintenance, and read schematics to resolve issues quickly.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of NEC codes and LOTO procedures, and can document repairs while collaborating with production and maintenance teams on

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial electrician or industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of NEC codes, electrical safety standards, and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, motor controls, VFDs, starters, PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, and power distribution up to 480V.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and production machinery.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions and complete repairs quickly to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Use testing equipment such as multimeters, amp clamps, and megohmmeters to inspect systems.
• Ensure work complies with NEC standards, LOTO, and company policies.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
• Maintain maintenance records and document repairs and inspections.
