Job summary

Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in Stuttgart, AR is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to perform electrical work in an industrial environment, including conduit and wiring, motor wiring, and PLC troubleshooting.

You will inspect equipment, maintain clean work areas, and document procedures in line with food safety and QA guidelines. The role requires the ability to climb, lift up to 110 lbs, and work overtime or 12-hour shifts during harvest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year electrical or industrial automation experience.
• Basic math skills (+, -, *, /).
• Fluent reading, writing, speaking English.
• Able to climb up to 200 ft.
• Able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push and pull throughout the day.
• Lift up to 110 lbs.
• Willing to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities: delegation, conflict management, problem solving, confidentiality.
• Able to run service crews and supervise contractors.
• Collaborate with project engineers and plant managers.
• Wear PPE and follow safety/food safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Responsibilities
