Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Electrician for our manufacturing facility in Crockett, CA. The role focuses on maintaining and improving electrical systems across production and facility operations in a state-of-the-art environment.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and support PLC-controlled equipment while ensuring safety and code compliance. Direct-hire with competitive hourly pay and overtime; multiple certifications supported.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing.
Strong understanding of electrical theory, schematics, blueprints, and control systems.
Working knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) with basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems for production and facility operations.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment to locate breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, drives, conveyors, and automated equipment.
Support PLC-controlled equipment by identifying and resolving electrical issues (basic programming or editing experience preferred).
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E).
