Tyson Foods in Bakerhill, Alabama is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support production. The associate must have a strong working knowledge of plant mechanical and electrical systems, motors, pumps, boilers, and air compressors.

Must be team oriented, dependable, and willing to work overtime as needed. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, performing repairs, and collaborating with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or 1 year electrician experience or equivalent training/certification.
• Documented technical training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and maintain programmable logic controllers.
• Work overtime as needed to minimize downtime.
• Understand mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems and welding.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and repair related equipment as directed.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Perform duties as required by Supervisors.
