Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting/programming experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Mentor, train and provide technical leadership to other electricians.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and electrical compliance.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems.
• Mentor and train entry-level and journeyman electricians.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
• Oversee and support PLC programming and controls-related work.
• Develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure electrical installations, repairs, and modifications meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper electrical safety practices.

What You'll Do
