Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrician to perform electrical and maintenance work across our North American plants. You will install, repair and maintain plant equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and EHS compliance.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in electrical or electronics, ability to work independently, and solid PLC/PC knowledge. Overtime and weekend availability are often needed to support production demands.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electrical or electronics or equivalent training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient use of PLCs and PCs for electrical work and diagnostics.
• Electrical and mechanical skills are required in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to call-ins as needed.
• Strong basic math, reading, and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform electrical repairs and installations in a manufacturing setting.
• Plan jobs and document new and existing electrical installations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and plant machinery.
• Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Work collaboratively in a team or independently as required.
