Job summary

OmniMax International, LLC, through Gibraltar Building Products, seeks Electrician A in Lancaster, PA to fabricate, install and repair electrical and electronic systems with minimal downtime. The role requires reading drawings, wiring circuits, and high-voltage troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Journeyman/electrical certification preferred.
• 5+ years in an industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with measuring equipment; PLC troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Wire circuits as directed.
• Troubleshooting and repair of high voltage systems using electrical testing instruments.
• Install and maintain or repair complex automatic electrical and electronic controls.
• Establish and install equipment for distribution centers.
• Repair and replace defective components and wiring.
• Respond to emergency power failures and diagnose difficulties.
• Provide training to lower classification of Electricians as needed.
