Job summary

Pace Packaging, part of ProMach, is seeking a skilled Electrician to join its Production team. You will build and wire electrical control panels, install field wiring, and troubleshoot equipment to support advanced packaging automation.

You will collaborate with Controls Engineers to update drawings and ensure high-quality, efficient operations. The role requires reading schematics, wiring motors and sensors, and maintaining safety standards while supporting both electrical and mechanical

Qualifications

• Experience wiring industrial electrical panels and machines.
• Ability to read electrical drawings including high- and low-voltage schemes.
• Ability to read blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
• Knowledge of 480Vac/230Vac 3-phase and wiring practices.
• Strong safety practices and ability to read and follow manuals.
• Excellent communication and multitasking to meet timelines.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Electrical Control Panels.
• Terminate panels and wire back to main panels or junction boxes.
• Install machine wiring including motors and sensors (proximity, photo eye, laser, vision).
• Install field wiring and sensor wiring.
• Troubleshoot systems with engineering support.
• Redline electrical prints and document corrections for final drawings.
• Assist in mechanical assembly and installation.
• Assist with facilities and equipment maintenance.
